ABOUT US
Enjoy your vacation by swimming in our crystal-clear sea or by boating or walking
along the different paths. Discover a lot of beautiful bays and the diversity of
Mediterranean vegetation.
Our house is situated in village Nerezine, in the heart of the Lošinj island, just 20 m from
the sea. We offer comfortable accommodation in the apartments with one and two
bedrooms and also in a typical island house for 6 people.
All our accommodations are equipped with SAT TV, WI-FI, heating and cooling. Our guests have two bikes, three SUP boards and one kayak on the disposition. We also offer a private parking and as per our agreement a summer mooring for our boat. We are the third generation in our rental family, so it is a family tradition and a
lifestyle for us.
We will do our best to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.

Around the house there is a yard of 700 m² with parking, front and back yard with Mediterranean plants and terraces with sea view and two outdoor barbecues. From the garden there are stairs leading directly to the sea. In the garden, next to the exit to the sea, there is an outdoor shower which offers to the guests a refreshment on their return from the beach.
